Disaster Relief
WorldHarvest collaborates with World Teach Indonesia, through a project "Peduli Banjir NTT", is committed to providing assistance to communities affected by floods in Kupang and Waingapu (East Sumba) areas. All the donation given will use to purchase groceries and to help the normalization of publics facilities and schools.
Some of the things WorldHarvest has done:
263 Christian Orphanage PRAILIU - Waingapu, East Sumba
The visit of Mr. Amir (center) to Prailiu Waingapu Orphanage, East Sumba. Donation received by Mr. Andreas Hani as the manager of the orphanage (second from left). Apart from the need for repair of several parts of the building, especially the roof, their urgent needs are 30 beds, 60 mattresses and bedding such as sheets, etc and 60 plastic cabinets. April 10, 2021, funds has been distributed to this orphanage.
PANDHEGA JAYA Christian High School Foundation - Oelmasi Kab Kupang
School that drowned due the flooding in NTT, is currently undergoing repairs so that school activities can be started again.
GMIT Nilopon Congregation Church
One of the locations affected by the flood was the Nilopon congregation's GMIT Church, which suffered damage to the roof and walls of the church. Currently, funds are still needed to make repairs so that Church can be used again.
World Harvest collaborates with World Teach Indonesia has distributed donations to Tongkat Harun School in Busalangga Village - Rote Ndao. This school was destroyed by flood few weeks ago and some part of the school's building was broken and need to repair. Through the donations that have been given, the school building has been repaired so that it can be use again. Beside helping some houses in Kambajawa Village, Waingapu - East Sumba. Donations used to purchase building material so that the house can be occupied again.

Community Development
Through community development programs, we help underprivileged communities by providing free lunches (Feeding Centers) to hundreds of children per day. We also provide Health Programs, community outreach and Home Differences for underprivileged families. In addition, we also provide Disaster Relief Assistance (Disaster Relief), and take part in providing Covid-19 Care assistance to various Health Service locations in the JABODETABEK area, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua islands.
